His Journey

John came to journaling through a difficult period in his life when thinking alone was not enough. He needed somewhere to put his thoughts. Over time, the anxiety began to loosen, and patterns in his own behavior started showing up on the page, plain and undeniable.

That curiosity led him to research Dr. James Pennebaker's studies, the neuroscience of handwriting, and every method from Shadow Work to Morning Pages. He is a genuine practitioner who wants to understand what actually works and why.
